Americans need to realize that we have the biggest federal deficit in the history of our country. What makes it worse is that we are borrowing from foreign governments to support our federal expenditure. This policy is highly unconscionable and must be stopped immediately. The first step in that direction is to make the budgetary process and federal expenditure available for public review.
